Product advantages

The commonly used degreasing methods in industry include organic solvent degreasing, metal cleaning agent degreasing, acid degreasing and alkaline degreasing, etc. Degreasing methods include manual scrubbing, steam degreasing, soaking, spraying, electrolysis, ultrasonic and roller methods. The use of organic solvent degreasing is limited due to its flammability and toxicity. Metal cleaning agent, low temperature degreasing effect is poor, generally need manual scrubbing. Ultrasonic and spray methods, immersion degreasing is difficult to remove oil in a short time. Acid degreasing can be carried out at the same time as degreasing and derusting. In recent years, a variety of "two-in-one" degreasing and derusting agents have been studied in China. However, acid degreasing is not suitable for spraying production lines, and it will cause certain corrosion to rust-free workpieces. Alkaline degreasing agents are widely used in industry, and the usual treatment temperature is 60~90°C, and the degreasing effect is not good at low temperatures. Junhu's research on low (ordinary) temperature alkaline degreaser has made a new breakthrough. Junhu's room temperature multifunctional alkaline degreasing agent LG256AB has been maturely applied in Foshan Lighting.
